Reports Absence/Attendance (Sammanställningar Frånvaro/Närvaro)

Frånvaroanmälda elever - Students announced absent

These reports present which students have been announced absent on selected days, either the entire day or between specified times. The students presented in the report are the same that are shown in the view "Anmäla frånvaro" (Register absence), regardless of the method that has been used for registering. Students who have been reported absent on lessons without previous notification are not included.

The number of unique students ("Antalet unika elever") are shown on the top, i.e. the total number of students announced absent, where each student will count only once even though there are several registrations. 

• Frånvaroanmälan för skola (Announced absence per school)- displays all students announced absent in a common list.
• Frånvaroanmälan per klass/grupp (Announced absence per class/group) - displays the students announced absent grouped classwise.

Statistik på skolnivå - School level statistics

Two reports offer the opportunity to follow up students' attendance and teachers' attendance reporting on a school level.
 

• Frånvaro totalt för grupp/klass presents the average lesson time and absence time for included students in selected groupings. Classes and teaching groups of the school can be selected straight from the report. It is also possible to create groups for analysing the attendance for the whole school, girls/boys or other kinds of groupings. • Frånvarostatistik för skolor (option) presents the average statistics per month for one or several selected schools. The information shown is the total absence, the valid absence, the unauthorized absence and the attendance. The statistics can be gender disaggregated. If several months are included in the selection monthly values will be presented as a trend report in a diagram. The report exists as an option to  Skola24 Frånvaro. Totalt per elev

The reports displays absence/attendance for selected students and time periods. It is possible to specify filters for students with more than a specified number of hours or a specified percentage of absence. 

• Frånvaro totalt presents the total amount of absence and lesson time for selected students and time periods. The absence can be specified as total absence, announced absence and unoauthorized absence. The result can be presented in terms of number of lessons, hours or percent of lesson time. 
• Frånvarostatistik för lärares grupper displays one report per group and subject/course code. The data displayed per student is equal to the report Frånvaro totalt.
• Frånvarotillfällen displays a list of all single lessons with absence for selected students.  
• Närvaro totalt resembles the report "Frånvaro totalt", but is preset to display the time that the student has been reported present.

Ämne/kurs per elev

These reports present the total lesson time and absence time respectively divided per subject or course code for specific students. They can all be presented as the number of lessons and the total time and the absence data also specifies the absence percentage of lesson time.  The absence can be displayed as total, announced and unauthorized. Also the degree of teacher's reporting per subject is presented.

• Frånvaro per ämne displays one page per student with a compilation of lessons and absences per subject.
• Lektionstid per ämne displays one page per student with preset columns for subject ID, subject full name, number of lessons and lesson time.
• Frånvaro per kurs displays one page per student with a compilation of lessons and absences per course code.
• Lektionstid per kurs displays one page per student with preset columns for course code ID, course code full name, number of lessons and lesson time.
• Frånvaroöversikt per ämne presents practically the same data as "Frånvaro per ämne", but also offers the possibility to include all absence regardless of the reason. Also absence from lessons where the reason is set not to count as absence will be included in the calculated absence.

Grafisk översikt

The graphic reports present absence and attendance on lessons in a graphic view. Lessons with absence are coloured, the colour shows whether the absence is valid or unexcused.

• Grafisk översikt för elev shows the absence pattern for each student during an optional period of time up to 20 weeks. 
• Grafisk översikt för grupp/klass The absence pattern is displayed for all students in e.g. a class or mentor group.    

Rapporteringsstatistik

These reports display the percentage of reported lessons for the school's teachers.  

• Rapporteringsnivå lärare displays the number of lessons, the number and percentage of reported lessons for the school's teachers.  
• Genomförda lektioner för lärare displays a summation per subject for all groups that a teacher teaches. What is displayed is the number of lessons, the total lesson time and information on the amount of reported lessons by the teacher.
