Every school has unique scheduling needs, this is why we have designed our software to be flexible and easy-to-use. With our drag-and-drop function it’s easy to see where you can place your lessons. The software will help you manage conflicts and clashes when showing possible time slots, everything based on entered conditions. Our reverse search feature allows you to quickly fill gaps in your schedule with suitable lessons, find possible substitute teachers or vacant rooms. You can choose floating start times and lengths to create a flexible timetable based on your organisation’s requirements.
Automatic lesson placement
Our software is designed to simplify the process of creating a comprehensive and detailed timetable for schools. The product gives you the opportunity to work with unrestricted number of conditions, both at a detailed and individual level, such as teachers working hours, specially equipped rooms, longer break after certain lessons and much more. Based on the conditions you can have the software automatically place lessons and even get suggestions for optimum arrangement, which saves you time and effort.
